Job summary

WCG seeks a Program Director to oversee client relationships and coordinate multi-site programs, delivering governance and KPI oversight across projects. You will partner with sales, operations and sponsors to ensure seamless service delivery and maximize ROI for clients.

Responsibilities include annual planning, SLA governance, risk management, status reporting, and cross-functional leadership to align resources and timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management experience with customer impact across multiple programs.
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical industry projects requiring CFR Part 11 compliance.
• 3+ years in Account Management/Client Relationship Management.
• Background in Clinical Research and technology preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to lead through influence and negotiation; strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual operational plans, reports and executive briefs for our programs.
• Plan, schedule and manage client governance meetings per client requirements.
• Manage SLAs, governance agreements and required client reporting.
• Set objectives, track progress and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional staffing and oversight of programs.
• Develop plans and budgets, track capacity and report results.
• Provide strategic support to sites and sponsors to maximize ROI.
