Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in program management, portfolio management, or enterprise transformation leadership.
• PMI – PMP Certification strongly preferred.
• Experience with post‑merger integration, digital transformation, or large‑scale business modernization programs.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the strategic program roadmap for Advantage Solutions.
• Oversee a portfolio of complex, cross‑functional programs.
• Develop and maintain executive‑level program reporting.
