• Manage delivery of the Experience Product Masterclass (EPM) and X-Factor Certification (XFC).
• Coordinate onboarding, coaching teams, virtual workshops and events.
• Proofread and ensure quality across membership site content and communications.
• Implement gamified learning approaches to boost engagement and completion rates.
• Make data-driven program delivery decisions based on engagement and profitability metrics.
• Serve as the central point of contact for project and communication flow.
