• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of experience in healthcare operations, clinical operations, program implementation, or related fields.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and driving execution across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience developing and executing implementation plans, operational processes, or large-scale organizational initiatives.
• Experience translating strategic recommendations into operational workflows and sustainable business processes.
• Strong project management, organizational, and execution skills.

• Lead the implementation and operationalization of enterprise clinical performance, quality improvement, and provider performance initiatives.
• Develop implementation roadmaps, milestones, success metrics, governance structures, and accountability plans.
• Ensure initiatives are integrated into business processes and operational workflows.
• Assess operational readiness and identify workflow, reporting, communication, training, and change management needs.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and drive execution.
