Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Delivery Lead to shape the Interoperability Intelligence & Insights portfolio.

You will translate business priorities into actionable capabilities spanning analytics, reporting, and insights, driving governance, prioritization, and measurable value across multiple stakeholders. The role blends strategy, product management, analytics, and operational leadership to create scalable, self-service analytics that support informed decision-making and long-term business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in management consulting, strategy, product management, analytics, or related disciplines
• Experience developing roadmaps, prioritization frameworks, operating models, governance structures
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives
• Strong business acumen and ability to connect analytics to outcomes
• Translate objectives into requirements, delivery plans and metrics
• Excellent verbal and written communication; executive presence
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to influence without direct authority
• Experience in matrixed organizations

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Interoperability Intelligence & Insights strategy and roadmap
• Manage intake, prioritization, governance, and execution across analytics and reporting
• Partner with business leaders to translate needs into scalable analytics capabilities
• Support business cases, roadmap recommendations, and prioritization materials
• Define and monitor success measures and adoption metrics
• Lead cross-functional efforts across business, analytics, data, product, and technology teams
• Establish governance and portfolio flow to improve transparency
• Drive transition from custom reporting to reusable self-service insights
• Develop executive analyses and recommendations for leadership decisions
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and executive readouts across the organization
