Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 8+ years in healthcare operations, clinical operations, program implementation, or related fields.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and driving execution across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience developing and executing implementation plans, operational processes, or large-scale organizational initiatives.
• Experience translating strategic recommendations into operational workflows and sustainable business processes.
• Strong project management, organizational, and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience monitoring performance metrics and using data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Strong executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to proactively identify risks and drive initiatives forward in ambiguous environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead change and achieve measurable outcomes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and operationalization of enterprise clinical performance, quality improvement, and provider performance initiatives.
• Develop and execute implementation roadmaps, milestones, success metrics, governance structures, and accountability plans.
• Ensure initiatives are integrated into business processes and workflows; assess readiness and identify needs for training, change management, and reporting.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and drive successful execution.
• Establish metrics for adoption, effectiveness, and ongoing optimization.
• Support reporting and communication of outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborate to establish sustainment approaches for long-term adoption and accountability.
