Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Director of Program Delivery to lead strategic program execution across the organization and to back up COO operations in LTSS program management. You will oversee governance, risk, capacity planning, and stakeholder communication to deliver measurable outcomes.

The role requires 8+ years in leadership within healthcare, strong project management, and the ability to align programs with business strategy. Travel to Indianapolis-area offices may be required.

Qualifications

8+ years of operational, technical and leadership experience, especially in project management.
Experience in health care environment/managed care.
Financial and budget awareness.

Develop executive dashboards demonstrating progress and high-level deliverables.
Strong relationship building and influencing without direct authority.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and oversight to programs and LTSS deliverables, ensuring clear charters, milestones and success measures.
Establish project management standards, tools, templates and reporting practices; review plans and risks.
Maintain governance structures with steering committees and executive reporting; enable timely decisions.
