Job summary

You will oversee project management, delivery governance, resource planning, risk management, partner communication, and overall program performance, translating goals into actionable roadmaps. The role requires strong leadership, PM discipline, and a focus on measurable outcomes within a healthcare context.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business administration or related field.
• 8+ years in operational, technical and leadership roles, esp. in project management.
• 5+ years in health care environment/managed care.
• Experience in planning, execution, change management, partner agreements, risk mitigation.
• Financial and budget awareness.
• Data-driven decision-making.
• Develop executive dashboards demonstrating progress and success of projects and high-level deliverables.
• Strong relationship building and influencing without direct authority.
• Passionate about improving consumer experiences.
• Must reside in Indiana or be commutable to Indianapolis office periodically.

Responsibilities

• Lead and govern program delivery and oversight for multiple initiatives.
• Align programs with business strategy, goals, and leadership priorities.
• Translate strategic goals into roadmaps, milestones, and delivery plans.
• Monitor program health: scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, benefits realization.
• Establish PM standards, tools, templates, and reporting practices.
• Provide liaison between executives, sponsors, teams, and partners.
