You will coordinate cross-functional activities, maintain documentation, manage data calls, and ensure timely reporting with leadership review and closeout.

The role emphasizes organization, communication, and process standardization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 0-2 years relevant experience. Commensurate experience may be substituted for degree.
• Proven ability to coordinate program reporting, compliance, and process documentation.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and stakeholder communication is expected.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recurring program reporting cycles and updates with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of program data calls and directed actions, including intake and closeout.
• Maintain SOPs and process documentation in a centralized repository.
• Support onboarding/offboarding and team operations for designated programs.
• Assist with meeting coordination, operational reporting and tracking of actions.
