Job summary

Sikich is seeking a Program Specialist I to support enterprise-scale program coordination, reporting, and operational execution across CMS/CCSQ programs. You will ensure data accuracy, timely reporting, and transparency to leadership, enabling informed decisions across the portfolio.

This US-Remote role requires a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in program coordination, and experience with CMS/CCSQ or federal contracts. Strong writing, collaboration, and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; 3+ years of program coordination, reporting, or analysis.
Experience with CMS/CCSQ or similar federal health IT environments preferred.
Experience maintaining trackers, documentation, and program artifacts; strong attention to detail.
Proficiency with Confluence, Jira, and Microsoft Teams; ability to coordinate across teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver enterprise communications across CMS/CCSQ programs and LOBs.
Produce training materials, videos, guides, and microlearning assets aligned with branding and accessibility standards.
Maintain knowledge content in Confluence and Knowledge Repositories; manage lists and channels.
Create branding assets and visual materials; design graphics using Creative Cloud and Canva for Teams.
Ensure accessibility compliance (Section 508, WCAG) prior to release.
Provide ad-hoc communications support for governance materials and executive briefs.
