Qualifications

High School diploma + 1 year of relevant experience, or higher degree.
Experience with online learning platforms, database systems, reporting tools, and customer service is highly desirable.
Comfortable troubleshooting technology issues and working remotely in a distributed team environment.

Responsibilities

Provide support to the NM EDGE program, including programming events using the enrollment system.
Manage the electronic testing site and update the website regularly.
Assist instructors with AV needs and troubleshoot issues.
Generate reports for impact statements and state reporting; assist with distribution of completion certificates.
Support live online class delivery and respond to inquiries from diverse stakeholders.
