Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Program Controls Lead to drive integrated cost controls, estimating, scheduling, forecasting, and portfolio analytics within the COE. You will lead both Cost Controls and Scheduling, establish governance, and ensure alignment across major program milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, finance, business, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in construction cost controls, estimating, scheduling, or program controls leadership.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary controls or program management teams.
• Strong understanding of integrated cost and schedule controls methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own program-wide controls governance across estimating, scheduling, forecasting, and reporting.
• Establish integrated controls standards and performance expectations across the portfolio.
• Ensure alignment between cost, schedule, scope, and delivery at major milestones.
• Provide leadership oversight for estimating rigor and schedule integrity.
• Drive data-driven controls outputs and risk visibility.
