Job summary

JLL seeks a Program Controls Lead to drive integrated cost controls, estimating, and scheduling across our portfolio. You will lead the Cost Controls and Scheduling teams, set governance standards, and deliver data-driven insights for program delivery and capital planning.

The role partners with Project Delivery, PMO, Design Enablement, and client stakeholders to improve predictability and financial stewardship across enterprise programs. Remote-friendly with national scope.

Qualifications

• This is a senior leadership role overseeing cost controls, estimating, and scheduling for complex programs.
• Proven ability to establish governance, standards, and analytics across portfolio controls.
• Experience leading multi-function teams in program controls environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead program controls leadership and governance across estimating, scheduling, forecasting, and reporting.
• Establish standards and performance expectations for cost and schedule across the portfolio.
• Drive integration of cost, schedule, and risk analytics to improve predictability.
• Provide strategic oversight for recovery planning and capital planning alignment.
• Develop staff and create succession plans for the controls teams.
