Job summary

JLL is seeking a Program Controls Lead to drive integrated control functions across cost, schedule, and forecasting for complex portfolios in a COE setting. You will lead Cost Controls and Scheduling teams, establish governance standards, and deliver analytics that support capital planning and client stewardship.

Reporting to the COE Lead, you will collaborate with Project Delivery, Design Enablement, PMO, and client stakeholders to improve predictability, control costs, and align program

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 10+ years of experience in construction cost controls, estimating, scheduling, or program controls leadership.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary controls or program management teams.
• Strong understanding of integrated cost and schedule controls methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own program-wide controls governance across estimating, scheduling, forecasting, and reporting.
• Establish standards, methodologies, and performance expectations across the portfolio.
• Provide leadership for estimating rigor, schedule integrity, forecasting accuracy, and controls outputs.
• Lead portfolio benchmarking and market intelligence tracking to improve predictability.
• Partner with Project Delivery, PMO, Design Enablement, and Innovation teams to align priorities.
