Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Program Control Manager to oversee the financial and scheduling aspects of multiple programs. The role can be performed remotely within the United States and requires extensive experience with government contracting and Earned Value Management.

You will lead planning, forecasting, and budgeting activities, mentor staff, and collaborate with finance, contracts, and program management to drive accurate financial performance and timely decision support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting with 15+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in financial planning, analysis, or government contracting.
• Strong knowledge of ROS, ROC, AOP, EAC development, and cost estimating/pricing.
• Ability to manage projects using Earned Value Management and scheduling methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day internal business and financial functions for multiple programs.
• Interface with program managers, finance, contracts, and external customers daily.
• Mentor junior staff and train team members on program deliverables.
• Support cash flow improvements with detailed invoice backup reports.
