Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Project/Program Control experience in a government contracting environment.
• Experience with CostPoint project setup, budgeting, and reporting.
• Strong communication and collaboration across departments and levels of an organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and update project budgets, forecasts, and EACs with accurate reporting.
• Set up CostPoint projects, billing, and related accounting in collaboration with the accounting team.
• Monitor expenditures for accuracy and consistency; resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare client status reports and ad-hoc financial requests for stakeholders.
• Support audits and develop project control processes and procedures.
