Job summary

Patriot Group International LLC in Herndon, VA is seeking an experienced Program Control Analyst to join the finance team. You will own program forecasting, cost management, and funding visibility, partnering with Program Managers to keep contracts healthy and compliant.

You will develop EACs, manage forecasts for multiple programs with FF P, T&M, and Cost-Plus, and build dashboards in Smartsheet and Excel to report performance and funding status.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or closely related field.
• 5+ years of program/project control or financial analysis for a U.S. Government contractor.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with Smartsheet or ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and analyze EACs, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Manage forecasts and financial performance across programs with FF P, T&M, and Cost-Plus.
• Establish and manage charge numbers; monitor costs vs budgets and process transfers.
• Track funding status and flag shortfalls and burn-rate risks.
• Lead monthly reviews with Program Managers and present variances clearly.
• Build Excel models and Smartsheet dashboards for forecasts and reporting.
• Prepare financial reports and customer deliverables on time.
• Monitor revenue recognition and assist audits (DCAA).
• Provide ad-hoc analysis to management and teams.
