Job summary

MANTECH seeks a Junior Program Control Analyst I for a fully remote role. The position assists in drafting budget reports, updating financial databases, and preparing materials for cost-benefit evaluations, with mentoring from senior staff.

Qualifications include a BA/BS in a relevant field and 1+ years of related experience, plus familiarity with military budgeting processes and Excel. U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Confidential clearance are required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a relevant discipline or related field; degree may be substituted by 4 years of experience.
• 1+ years of position relevant experience.
• Foundational knowledge of military budgeting processes.
• Familiarity with Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting budget reports and materials for cost-benefit evaluations.
• Update and maintain financial management databases following SOPs.
• Prepare routine status reports for senior management review.
• Provide foundational knowledge of program control protocols and collect data for financial after-action reports.
• Track budget expenditures and prepare mission-readiness documentation.
• Convert financial data into formats for dissemination among stakeholders in the USINDOPACOM AOR.
• Take direction, guidance, and mentoring from more senior staff.
