Job summary

ManTech is seeking a motivated Junior Procurement Analyst to join their team, working 100% remotely. The analyst will assist with procurement services, including document preparation and tracking purchase orders status, and support senior analysts by maintaining accurate records and schedules.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, along with basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of procurement regulations. Candidates must hold an active secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to follow established procurement SOPs and maintain accurate technical records.

Responsibilities

• Support the coordination of procurement services by assisting with document preparation.
• Monitor the delivery status of materials and ensure accurate record maintenance.
• Assist in preparing procurement schedules for senior analysts.
• Draft technical records for procurement tasks.
• Maintain foundational knowledge of special operations requirements.

Skills

Ability to follow established procurement SOPs

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Foundational knowledge of FAR/DFARS regulations

Familiarity with logistics and supply chain systems
