Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Program Control Analyst who can work remotely within the United States. The role focuses on planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting across multiple projects with varying contract types.

You will interface with project managers, technical staff and contracts, finance, procurement, and subcontract management to ensure accurate burn rates, LOF, and EACs, while contributing to process improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s and three (3) years or more of related experience; Master’s and one year of related experience.
Candidates must be a U.S. citizen.
Understanding of financial management.
Analytical, possess excellent communication, presentation skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
Familiarity with government contracting and contract types (CPFF, FFP, T&M).
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and deliverables.
Ability to communicate effectively and meet deadlines.
Proficient in MS Office with advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
Prefer CostPoint and Cognos Workspace Advanced.

Responsibilities

Reports detailed financial information and analyzes data for project cost/schedule status with briefings to managers and customers.
Prepare weekly/monthly status reports, burn rate, LOF information.
Develop spend plans and perform financial analyses including EACs.
Participate in AOP, quarterly forecasts, and monthly revised estimates.
Analyze cash flow, profitability, invoicing, unbillables, and hold costs.
Submit and track purchase requisitions for subcontractors and materials.
Contribute to proposals and cost and management volumes.
Support ad hoc financial requests and process improvements.
