Job summary

Mission Technologies, a division of HII, seeks a remote Program Cost Control Analyst to support the All-Domain Operations business line. You will partner with Program Managers and the Business Management team to manage a $30M–$40M annual portfolio, including project setup, work authorizations, forecasting, variance analysis, and client billing.

You’ll collaborate across functions to analyze performance, identify root causes, and provide recommendations that drive stronger business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3 years relevant experience with a Bachelor's in related field; 1 year with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience.
• Project control experience with QA/QC skills.
• Experience providing written and verbal reports to management related to financial analysis of contracts.
• Effective communicator and team player working with program managers, proposal writers, and contract/pricing admins.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint.
• Must be analytical, possess excellent presentation skills, and be able to work independently or in a team.
• Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control costs and schedules on contracts.
• Perform analyses and prepare reports.
• Prepare budgets for contract work and analyses such as funding profiles and variance analysis.
• Develop program plans to ensure requirements are captured in forecasts.
• Develop and manage cost/schedule baseline data analysis.
• Support customer reporting requirements.
• Develop estimates-to-completion and burn rate analyses.
• Present financial analyses to management.
