Job summary

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career- and customer-oriented Junior Program Control Analyst to join our team. This position is 100% remote and requires a US citizen with ability to obtain Confidential clearance.

You will assist in budgeting, maintain financial databases, and prepare reports for senior leadership while learning program control protocols and supporting data collection for after-action reviews.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of military budgeting processes.
• Ability to assist in the preparation of financial coordination documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting budget reports and materials for cost-benefit studies.
• Maintain financial management databases according to SOPs.
• Prepare routine status reports for senior management review.
• Support collection of data for financial after-action reports.
• Track budget expenditures and prepare mission-readiness documentation.
• Convert financial data into formats for dissemination among stakeholders in USINDOPACOM AOR.
• Follow guidance from senior staff.
