Job summary

HII Mission Technologies—All-Domain Operations (ADO)—is seeking a remote Program Cost Control Analyst to support programs with $30M–$40M annual revenue. You’ll partner with Program Managers to manage budgets, forecasts, and funding and to ensure cost controls across multiple contracts.

You will analyze performance, identify root causes, prepare reports, and collaborate across functions to drive better financial outcomes for the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 3 years relevant experience with a Bachelor's in related field; 1 year relevant experience with a Master's.
• High School Diploma or equivalent with 7 years relevant experience.
• Project control experience with QA/QC skills.
• Experience with DoD or military customer and/or contract.
• Experience forecasting financial data for programs and preparing profit models.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control costs and schedules on contracts.
• Prepare budgets for contract work and perform financial analyses (funding profiles, sales outlook, variance analysis).
• Develop annual program budgets in coordination with Program Management.
• Interface with program managers, senior management, and customers; prepare written and verbal reports.
• Present financial analyses to management and support customer reporting requirements.
