Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Program Control Analyst for a 100% remote role within the United States. You will interface with program managers, accounting, contracts, and external customers to resolve financial issues and deliver accurate reports.

The role includes budgeting, variance analysis, and lifecycle support from proposal through contract closeout. Requirements include a Finance/Accounting degree, government contracting experience, US citizenship, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting with relevant government contracting experience.
• Experience providing financial tracking and analysis for government customers.
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain Secret clearance.
• Understanding of ROS, ROC, AOPs, EAC development, and pricing.
• Strong Excel skills and financial modeling ability.

Responsibilities

• Interface with program managers and finance teams daily to resolve issues timely.
• Prepare financial deliverables and internal/external reports.
• Develop budgets (spend plans) and analyze funding profiles and variances.
• Conduct cost, schedule, and contract performance variance analyses.
• Process and track purchase requisitions and invoices from subcontractors.
• Review and approve customer invoice backups and monitor costs.
• Support the life cycle from proposal to contract close out.
• Develop COAs and recommendations for financial issues.
