Job summary

SAIC in Chantilly, VA, seeks a Senior Program Control Analyst to provide financial, contractual, and operational support to program managers and leadership. Responsible for budget development, cost tracking, forecasting, variance analysis, and compliance with internal polices and customer requirements.

The role requires 6+ years of experience in program control, active TS/SCI clearance, US citizenship, and strong Excel skills; the position is hybrid with 1–2 days onsite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in program/project control or financial analysis.
• Proficiency with Excel and financial analysis tools.
• Active TS/SCI clearance to start; ability to obtain poly to maintain employment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor program budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Track actual costs, labor, and materials; analyze variances and provide insights.
• Support monthly program financial reviews, revenue recognition, and EAC updates.
• Prepare and present financial reports for leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, CAS, internal policies and customer contracts.
• Collaborate with Program Managers for decision-making and risk analysis.
• Assist in preparing cost proposals, pricing models, and BOEs for new business.
• Coordinate with accounting, contracts, procurement, and operations for program alignment.
