Job summary

SAIC has a Program Control Analyst opening with 100% remote work within the United States. You will interface with program managers, accounting, contracts, subcontracts, and procurement daily to address operational issues and deliver timely financial reports.

You will develop budgets, perform funding analyses, track costs and variances, and support the full program life cycle from proposal through contract closeout. US citizenship is required; Secret clearance needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting with three years of Federal government contracting experience.
• Experience in financial tracking and support for the government customer in areas of Program Control, Finance, Cost Estimating, Financial Analysis, or Accounting.
• US Citizenship.
• No clearance required to start; Ability to obtain a Secret clearance required to maintain employment.
• Knowledge of ROS, ROC, annual operating plans, accounts receivable, and revenue & profit forecasts.
• Understanding of program baseline data, EAC development, and cost estimating/pricing.

Responsibilities

• Interface with program managers, accounting, contracts, subcontracts, and procurement organizations to address operational issues daily.
• Prepare financial deliverables and internal/external reports.
• Participate in development of budgets (spend plans) for assigned programs and perform financial analysis on funding profiles and program variances.
• Conduct cost, schedule, and contract performance variance analysis; submit and maintain purchase requisitions for subcontractors, consultants, and materials; monitor subcontractor costs and review invoices.
• Review, track and approve customer invoice backup documentation.
• Must multi-task and support the program with efficiency and accuracy.
• Well versed in the life cycle of a program from proposal development through contract close out.
• Develop and propose COAs for financial issues.
