Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of related experience.
• U.S. citizenship required; must be able to obtain CBP BI clearance.
• Remote within the U.S.; possible quarterly onsite travel to Ashburn, VA.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative and analytical tasks to support contract program.
• Develop plans, budgets, and schedules; monitor tasks.
• Prepare monthly status reports, SOPs, and project dashboards.
• Establish program requirements including team operations and logistics tracking.
• Interact with customers and industry reps to ensure conformance to requirements.
• Coordinate weekly and bi-weekly project meetings and knowledge capture.
• Plan, schedule, and facilitate meetings on multiple platforms.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
