Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. (GDIT) seeks a versatile Program Analyst to support SPG operations and contract performance through administrative and analytical tasks. You will conduct quality assurance reviews, manage document control, and support project reporting and customer program meetings in a fast-paced, distributed environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of related experience, and U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain CBP BI clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of related experience.
• U.S. citizenship and security clearance required (CBP BI or ability to obtain).
• Remote work possible within the U.S. with occasional travel to Ashburn, VA.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program.
• Develop plans with budgets and schedules; monitor tasks and produce monthly status reports and dashboards.
• Establish and define program requirements including team operations and logistics tracking.
• Interact with customers and industry reps to ensure conformance to requirements; attend weekly/bi-weekly meetings; manage knowledge capture and training logistics.
• Plan, schedule, and facilitate meetings on multiple platforms (in-person, MS Teams, Webex).
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
