Job summary

General Dynamics IT is seeking a Program Analyst/Procurement Analyst to support the RADS project from an office setting. You will coordinate procurement workflows, manage purchasing documentation, and ensure financial alignment across SC360, Jira, Confluence and SharePoint.

You will shape processes, interpret contract requirements, advise leadership on procurement strategy and risk, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure timely, compliant purchases within delegated

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
2+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing workflows, finance support, or contract administration.
Familiarity with SC360 or similar enterprise purchasing systems.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
Experience managing software licenses (subscription, perpetual, enterprise).

Responsibilities

Develop and refine procurement and administrative processes to optimize program operations and ensure policy compliance.
Assess contract requirements, regulations, and policies to guide purchasing actions.
Advise leadership on procurement strategy, risk mitigation, and process improvements.
Shape procurement workflows and documentation standards for tracking, reporting, and compliance.
Process procurement actions in SC360 with correct financial coding and data flow.
Coordinate cross-functional projects across finance, procurement, and program management.
