You will conduct quality assurance reviews, manage document control, and support project reporting and customer program meetings in a fast-paced, distributed environment. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years of related experience, and eligibility for DHS CBP BI clearance; remote work within the United States with some quarterly

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of related experience.
• Current DHS CBP BI clearance or ability to obtain one; prior clearance preferred.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsabilités

• Perform administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program.
• Develop plans with budgets and schedules, and monitor tasks to meet contractual/project requirements, including monthly status reports and dashboards.
• Establish program requirements including team operations and logistics tracking.
• Interact with customers and industry representatives to ensure conformance to requirements and coordinate meetings.
• Plan and facilitate meetings on various platforms (in-person, MS Teams, Webex, etc.).
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
