Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develop goals and strategic plans for the local Employee Whole Health (EWH) program.
• Develops programs and initiatives to ensure EWH plan is achieved.
• Represents local EWH team to ensure collaboration on national initiatives.
• Conducts needs assessments of employees to determine program needs and interests.
• Collaborates with other services on assessment of needs for evaluation of the local EWH program.
• Collaborates and develops programming specific to VCL divisions.
• Compiles and distributes information on local EWH program topics with subject matter experts.
• Schedule, select classes and activities, and organize events.
• Implements use of health assessments to determine wellbeing strengths and opportunities.
• Creates personalized health plans with employees and maps MAP goals and actions.
• Maintains confidentiality of employee information.
• Models healthy behavior and supports behavior change.
• Promotes local EWH program to all employees on all shifts.
• Collaborates with Internal Communications to develop a communications/marketing plan.
• Solicits feedback from employees on needs and expectations for EWH program.
• Adjusts program offerings based on utilization and effectiveness.
• Maintains knowledge of policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Reports to EWH leadership on program goals and accomplishments.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
