Job summary

Blue Water Thinking, LLC is seeking an experienced Jr. Program Analyst to join our team, supporting the Integrated Healthcare Transformation initiative for the Veterans Health Administration.

The role focuses on program planning, audits, and evaluations related to health care programs and projects. You will assist with scheduling, stakeholder coordination, risk identification, and metrics reporting, while providing administrative support for Financial Management Systems and Congressional affairs

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in program or project analysis.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and in team settings.

Responsibilities

• Support program analysis and the development of documentation for healthcare initiatives.
• Assist in strategic planning and coordination efforts across multiple project stakeholders.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of integrated master schedules.
• Support event planning and execution related to program milestones and stakeholder engagement.
• Assist with Congressional Affairs-related support, including the preparation of reports and briefings.
• Analyze and report on program metrics to assess performance and outcomes.
• Provide administrative and technical support for Financial Management Systems.
• Assist in identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies for program success.
