Job summary

Tines, a remote-first security automation platform, is hiring a Professional Services Engineer II to guide customers in automating their workflows using Tines. You will scope, design, build, and deploy automation Stories and workflows in the customer tenant, collaborating with Engagement, Customer Success, and Project Management teams to ensure successful implementations and measurable outcomes.

Based remotely in MST or PST, you will act as a technical authority across customer enterprises,

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering Professional Services and implementing automation solutions.
• Strong customer-facing skills with consultancy experience.
• Ability to guide customers on architecture design, platform adoption, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Shape the future of the Professional Services organization and develop processes.
• Tackle complex Story and workflow builds for key customer workflows.
• Scope automation Stories and workflows based on customer requirements.
• Analyze customer tools and pain points to map an automation roadmap.
• Ensure Stories and workflows meet customer requirements and test plans.
• Deliver production-ready stories and enable long-term maintenance.
