Job summary

Tines is hiring a founding member of its forward deployed team to work directly with our most strategic enterprise customers, driving transformational AI adoption. You’ll own the full arc of a customer’s success, from adoption through uncovering new opportunities where the platform creates measurable business impact.

You’ll be the primary technical contact, capable of operating in customers’ environments, leading trainings, and presenting business cases to CTOs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a technical, customer-facing role or equivalent.
• Proven track record delivering measurable value from complex technical products in enterprise environments.
• Strong ability to own integrations, troubleshoot production issues and understand customer infrastructure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end deployment: lead implementation within enterprise environments, integrate with existing systems and tailor customer-specific workflows.
• Drive adoption across the organisation: train users and leaders to maximize platform utilization.
• Identify and develop new use cases by understanding each customer's business.
• Be the primary technical contact: troubleshoot, run workshops, answer questions, and remove blockers.
• Maintain strong customer relationships from users to executives and feed insights back to product and GTM.
• Travel 20–40% to customer sites to build trust and accelerate adoption.
