IXL Learning is seeking a Professional Learning Lead to manage a small district-focused team and drive K-12 professional development across Texas. You will oversee implementations, collaborate with district leaders, and support districts to achieve successful IXL adoption.

The role requires strong leadership, presentation, and analytical skills, with a proactive, collaborative approach. Remote role for Texas residents with travel requirements and close partnership with sales teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading a professional development team.
• K-12 teaching experience required or strongly preferred.
• Exceptional presentation skills; comfortable presenting to teachers and administrators.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a dynamic, upbeat attitude.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and multi-project prioritization abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate a small team of District Partnership Specialists and Professional Learning Specialists.
• Oversee professional development and district implementations across Texas.
• Partner with district leaders to implement PD plans aligned to goals and ensure successful IXL adoption.
• Travel to support districts and observe team members; up to 60% during back-to-school season and up to 40% the rest of the year.
• Collaborate with sales to grow customer relationships in Texas and drive outcomes through data-driven decisions.
