Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate a small team of District Partnership Specialists and Professional Learning Specialists.

• Partner with district leaders to implement PD plans aligned to goals and ensure successful IXL adoption.
• Travel to support districts and observe team members; up to 60% during back-to-school season and up to 40% the rest of the year.
• Collaborate with sales to grow customer relationships in Texas and drive outcomes through data-driven decisions.

## Professional Learning Lead, Texas### RemoteIXL Learning, a developer of personalized learning products used by millions of people globally, is seeking a Professional Learning Lead to manage a small team within Texas. #LI-EM1As a Professional Learning Lead, you’ll lead, manage, and motivate a small team of District Partnership Specialists and Professional Learning Specialists. You’ll oversee professional development and district implementations across Texas, ensuring districts receive exceptional, consistent support that drives IXL usage and student growth.
