This full-time remote role requires strong leadership and hands-on district engagement, with travel up to 60% during back-to-school season and up to 40% the remainder of the year.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree
• 2+ years of experience leading a professional development team
• K-12 teaching experience
• People manager who fosters collaboration and growth
• Exceptional presentation skills; comfortable presenting to teachers and administrators
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive, collaborative attitude
• Organized, methodical, detail-oriented; can manage multiple projects
• Self-starter and quick learner focused on improving education through technology
• Strong analytical-reasoning and problem-solving skills
• Must live close to a major airport

Responsibilities

• Stay informed on statewide initiatives impacting K-12 schools in Texas and align IXL implementations and PD
• Create and maintain a positive culture that drives performance and outcomes
• Collaborate with the sales team to grow customer relationships in Texas
• Partner with district leaders to implement PD plans aligned to goals
• Travel to support districts and provide PD; up to 60% during back-to-school season and up to 40% later
• Observe PD and provide actionable feedback to the team
• Analyze data to inform decisions and plan next steps
