Job summary

IXL Learning, a developer of personalized learning products, is seeking a Professional Learning Specialist to help educators implement IXL through training, webinars, and events. You will present to diverse educators, foster strong classroom impact, and collaborate with product and sales teams.

This is a full-time remote role serving the greater Phoenix area, requiring travel and active engagement with districts and schools to optimize IXL implementation.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 5+ years of teaching experience in a K-12 setting.
• Educational professional development experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal and collaborative attitude.
• Highly organized with strong time management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Experience with Google Apps and Zoom.
• Must reside near a major airport.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a product expert for educators and tailor implementation strategies.
• Plan and deliver virtual and in-person professional development.
• Travel to schools for in-person sessions up to 60% during back-to-school season and up to 40% the remainder of the year.
• Host regional IXL Live events with the events team.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support schools piloting IXL.
• Partner with customer success to grow customer relationships.
