You will mentor staff, drive professional development initiatives, and manage district accounts to ensure successful IXL implementations and student growth.

You'll stay informed on statewide K-12 initiatives, collaborate with the sales team to expand district partnerships, and travel up to 60% during peak

• 2+ years of experience leading a professional development team.
• K-12 teaching experience.
• Strong people management and collaboration skills.
• Exceptional presentation skills to teachers and administrators.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive team attitude.
• Organized, methodical, and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple projects.
• Self-starter with a passion for improving education through technology.
• Must live close to a major airport.
• Able to travel up to 60% during back-to-school season.

• Analyze and use data to drive decision-making and strategize next steps.
