Qualifications

• Must be certified through AAPC or AHIMA.
• Minimum 6 months on-the-job coding experience.
• Proficiency with CPT, ICD-10-CM, HCPCS.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work from home.

Responsibilities

• Provide CPT, HCPCS and ICD-10-CM coding for 1–4 specialties.
• Apply ICD-10-CM diagnosis codes to highest specificity.
• Calculate ProFee E/M levels using company algorithm.
• Recognize and code with attention to documentation impact on reimbursement.
• Maintain productivity and accuracy targets (e.g., 95%+) and comply with privacy and ethics policies.
