Job summary

CorroHealth is seeking a Coding Specialist to handle CPT, HCPCS and ICD-10-CM coding across multiple specialties. This remote role supports professional, facility, or HCC coding, with a focus on accurate documentation and compliant coding practices.

The ideal candidate will hold AAPC or AHIMA certification and have at least two years of hands-on coding experience, with proficiency in Excel and Outlook and the ability to work independently from home.

Qualifications

• Must be certified through either AAPC (CPC or COC) or AHIMA (CCS or CCS-P).
• Minimum of 2 years of on-the-job coding experience.
• Proficient with CPT, ICD-10-CM/PCS, HCPCS coding and documentation.
• Able to work from home and maintain high productivity and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Work from home and be independent in coding tasks.
• Provide coding services for multiple specialties (Professional Fee, Facility, or HCC).
• Apply ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT and HCPCS codes with high specificity.
• Maintain coding accuracy and productivity targets (≥95%).
• Ensure compliance with AHIMA/Company Code of Ethics and privacy rules.
