Datavant, the data collaboration platform for healthcare, seeks an experienced Profee Auditing Specialist for a fully remote, flexible schedule role. You will audit professional fee coding with ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and modifiers, providing clear rationale and staying current on regulations.

CPC is required, CPMA preferred, with a focus on accuracy and education. Ideal candidates have multi-specialty experience, proficiency with EMRs such as Epic and Cerner, and the ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Professional Fee coding and/or auditing.
• CPC certification is required; CPMA preferred.
• Maintain 95% accuracy in coding/auditing tasks.
• Experience with Epic, Cerner and other EMRs.

Responsibilities

• Performs Professional Fee coding audits of medical records using ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS and modifiers.
• Provides concise rationale for changes with references and documentation locations.
• Keeps abreast of regulatory changes and supports education of coders.
• Manages multiple cases concurrently and supports workflow.
• Adheres to AHIMA's code of ethics and maintains professionalism.
