MAS is seeking a Production Resident for a 20-week remote, part-time contract. You will work with the Production Mentor and a fast-moving team, gaining hands-on experience across fabrication, content, and budgeting as you help bring bold experiences to life.

This role emphasizes collaboration, curiosity, and learning, with a focus on logistics, vendor coordination, and portfolio-building through a capstone project.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a capstone project resulting in a portfolio piece.
• Assist producers with venue searches, decor sourcing, and event decks.
• Support sourcing, procurement, and tracking of event materials.
• Maintain asset and file organization for quick access by the team.
• Source stock footage and manage digital files for production elements.
• Help track vendor communications, quotes, and logistics.
• Contribute research findings in internal meetings.
• Provide hands-on on-site support as Production Assistant for events.
• Tackle internal projects to streamline operations and grow practical knowledge.
• Share notable brand activations and trends to inspire the team.
• Engage as a proactive MAS culture contributor.
