Job summary

MAS Event and Design LLC seeks a Creative Spatial Resident for a 20-week remote contract. You’ll collaborate with the Creative team to develop floor plans, 3D models, and spatial concepts for live and digital experiences.

This part-time role offers hands-on portfolio work, exposure to leading brand activations, and the chance to push aesthetic boundaries while delivering compelling visual references and mood boards.

Qualifications

• Portfolio showcasing ideation process, spatial design, and 3D modeling skills.
• Drive to learn industry knowledge, ask questions, and be proactive in tasks.
• Genuine interest in researching brands, trends, and industry news.
• Clear, confident written and verbal communication across emails, video calls, and messaging.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a capstone project to create a portfolio piece.
• Assist with floor plans, 3D models, and spatial designs for concepts.
• Research visuals to build mood boards and source decor references.
• Help generate client-facing slides to support concepts.
• Support brainstorms and ideation sessions with the team.
• Collaborate with production and strategy to ensure feasibility and on-brief work.
• Present design concepts and visual research in team meetings.
• Share brand activations, platforms, and experiential trends with the team.
• Contribute to MAS’s culture, perspective, and growth.
