You will support onboarding, freelancer contracting, vendor research, documentation, and process improvement while gaining hands-on exposure to how Operations keeps people, projects, and information moving.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a capstone project producing a portfolio piece.
• Work with your Operations mentor to support employees, freelancers, and vendors.
• Assist with onboarding by organizing training materials and tracking steps.
• Support freelancer contracting by gathering information and maintaining documentation.
• Help with vendor research and organization of findings for future needs.
• Maintain clear documentation for vendor management and processes.
• Assist with process-improvement by gathering feedback and outlining next steps.
