Job summary

Mortgage Holdings seeks a Production Support Technician to provide production support, analyze and troubleshoot issues, and document processes. The role communicates incident response with other support staff and adheres to company guidelines and regulations.

The target pay range is $85,000 to $95,000. Responsibilities include monitoring nightly data loads, troubleshooting errors, logging incidents, and coordinating with internal and vendor support, while building a knowledge base and improving

Qualifications

Technical or associate degree or certification
1-2 years' IT departmental support or development experience
Experience with SQL Server (2008+) and SSIS
Knowledge of ETL concepts and server management tools

Responsibilities

Monitor nightly data load processes and respond to incidents
Troubleshoot nightly process errors using server tools
Log and assign incidents in Service Desk and document fixes
Coordinate with tier 2 and vendor support to resolve production issues
Document processes and create a knowledge base for staff
Perform process development and improvements
Analyze performance and tune ETL processes
Monitor server health during off- hours including Citrix, email, FTP, storage, and security
