Carrington Mortgage Holdings is hiring a Production Support Technician to monitor and troubleshoot nightly data loads and ETL processes. The role involves coordinating incident response with internal teams and external vendors, and documenting procedures for a knowledge base to improve support efficiency.

The position supports enterprise: SQL Server, SSIS, SharePoint, Citrix, and Windows Server environments, with a focus on reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work Midnight to late morning shift.
• Overtime availability when needed.
• Experience with enterprise solutions and ETL processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor nightly data load processes and server health.
• Analyze and troubleshoot nightly process errors and failures.
• Log incidents in Service Desk and coordinate fixes with internal/ vendor staff.
• Document processes to build a knowledge base for support staff.
• Perform process development and optimization for ETL performance.
