Job summary

Tesla Sparks, NV is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a high-volume assembly team in a fast-paced environment. You will drive daily production plans, coordinate with design, NPI, and material streams, and ensure safe, on-time delivery of quality vehicle components.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and hands-on leadership experience in manufacturing, with strong problem-solving and communication skills. Regular daytime hours with potential shift flexibility are expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead a production team to reliably meet aggressive output targets.
• Collaborate with design, NPI, and material streams to improve manufacturability and line efficiency.

• Support root-cause analysis and corrective actions for issues.
• Ensure conformance to quality standards throughout the assembly process.
