Job summary

Panasonic Energy seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing activities in a high-volume environment. You will manage assembly lines, monitor safety, productivity, and quality, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities include directing staff, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring procedures and SOPs are followed while maintaining efficient production schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical school degree preferred.
• Two to five years supervisory experience in high-speed, automated manufacturing.
• Lean and 5S experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise employees in the Panasonic production process.
• Achieve and monitor KPIs (Safety, Financial, Production, Quality, Manpower).
• Create end of shift reports, root cause analyses, headcount reports.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed and investigate incidents.
• Lead Kaizen events to improve machine/production conditions.
• Support Battery, Production, and Quality Control projects.
