Job summary

Voltage is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily production activities, translate plans into assignments, and maintain a strong presence on the floor. You will ensure staffing, monitor performance, and take action to address delays, quality issues, and safety concerns.

You will partner with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Warehouse, Supply Chain, EHS, and HR to support startup, ramp-up, and full-capacity operations, while driving lean practices and shift-level KPI management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience with 2+ years in supervision.
• Experience leading hourly production employees and Area Leads.
• Proficient with SOPs, work instructions and production documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities and communicate priorities.
• Assign staff to lines and monitor output against targets.
• Address delays, quality issues, safety concerns, and downtime.
• Ensure OSHA safety, PPE use, and training compliance.
• Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and HR as needed.
• Maintain shift documentation and ERP/SAP transactions.
